At The Proviano/Russo Team, real estate is more than our profession—it's a family tradition built on trust, relationships, and treating every client like one of our own.

Our story began long before any of us became REALTORS®. Michelle Proviano and Anthony Russo are first cousins whose mothers are sisters. Growing up, they were raised more like brother and sister than cousins, spending countless days together while Anthony's mom cared for Michelle, Anthony, and Anthony's sister, Nicole. Whether playing soccer, celebrating family holidays, or simply growing up side by side, they learned from an early age the importance of loyalty, hard work, and always showing up for the people you care about.

That same philosophy defines how we serve our clients today.

Michelle's husband, Don McDuffee, completes the team by bringing his lifelong passion for real estate investing and his financial expertise. Long before Michelle entered the real estate industry, Don envisioned purchasing homes with untapped potential, renovating them, and building long-term wealth through real estate. Together, Michelle and Don bought, renovated, and invested in homes—an experience that ultimately inspired Michelle's successful real estate career.

Our roots run deep in the Pittsburgh community. Michelle and Anthony were raised here, built our careers here, and continue to stay actively involved in the communities that shaped us. From coaching collegiate soccer and participating in local athletic organizations to raising our own family and investing in neighborhoods throughout Western Pennsylvania, we are proud to call Pittsburgh home.

For us, success isn't measured solely by homes sold. It's measured by the lifelong relationships we build, the referrals entrusted to us by past clients, and the confidence families place in us during some of life's biggest moments.
